Check out this Royal Heritage typewriter from the 1960s. These were sold at various department stores around the country (e.g., Montgomery Ward). Considered a "budget" typewriter, I imagine many of these were used by students and families on a budget.
This is a nice example of the model and has been fully refurbished. We've cleaned it by hand, inside and out, made any needed adjustments, chemically removed years of ink and grime from the platen, and tested it fully to make sure it's in full working order. Even comes with a new ribbon! It also has a case that shows average where for it's age. I rather like the black and white design.
Between now and 12/20, 10% of all sales will be donated to The Toy Chest, a Kentucky nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure Kentucky children have gifts to open each Christmas. Thanks for your support as we do our best to make our city a great place to live!
