Wow, this is a really nice Royal Arrow typewriter. It's been professionally serviced and is ready for some serious typing work.
Oh, and my favorite part? The typing action! This is a sweet typing Royal, like many of those made during this era. It's a shame that machines like this are no longer being manufactured. Get yours while you still can.
- Platen cleaned and checked
- Machine mechanics cleaned by hand with solvent
- Lubricated machine with oil to manufacturer specs
- Sprayed mechanics with a light oil to prevent oxidation
- Adjustments checked (line spacing, red/black ribbon setting, type bar trip, type alignment, backspace, tabulator, ribbon reverse, variable line finder, shift lock, paper release lever, Magic Margins)
- Type slugs cleaned by hand
- Machine has been fully tested
- New nylon ribbon installed
Unfortunately, this typewriter is missing its carrying case but would still be a great machine to own.
